Project overview
Factual information is kept separate from ORAN's independent editorial analysis.
Meraas presents The Acres as a nature-led master development in Dubai. The Acres Villas component contains three to five-bedroom villas, while parks, lagoons and green landscapes form the shared community proposition.
The latest supplied internal inspection recorded 19.18% progress on 11 June 2026, with a separate RERA inspection in May. This profile keeps The Acres, The Acres Villas and The Acres Estate conceptually distinct rather than merging their home ranges.
